Working internal platform

Jarvis — Supervised AI Workspace

A local-first AI workspace connecting project context, reviewed memory, and bounded tool use across an engineering portfolio.

Challenge

Keep project context, engineering decisions, and next steps recoverable across repositories, machines, and work sessions.

Constraints

Each product retains ownership of its implementation. Model responses must remain separate from permission to change files or operate systems.

System

A repository registry and planning layer connect to a private AI runtime, desktop chat, reviewed memory, and a policy-controlled capability registry.

Magneum’s contribution

Developed the coordination architecture, desktop interfaces, versioned contracts, memory review flow, and approval-and-verification controls for bounded actions.

Verification

Recorded live checks demonstrate typed chat, reviewed-memory recall, and a new-file briefing workflow exercised with explicit approval of the exact content.

Outcome

A working internal workspace brings project status and reviewed engineering context into one conversational interface.

Limitations

Broader execution remains gated. The briefing action requires individual approval, and live voice-memory acceptance remains unfinished.
